Provide a seamless solution to consolidate suppliers and implement a system for the overall management of stationery and supplies across the entire office.
Our Process
Our customer’s business was growing at a very fast rate and as a team they were stretched and looking for a system to free up some time and effort from the workplace team.
We were able to identify ways of reducing the endless small deliveries they were ordering and receiving on a daily basis, set up a core range of their ‘must have’ products and took on the responsibility of managing their stationery supply for the whole office.
We were also able to relieve our customer of the burden of having to deal with several small suppliers and numerous invoices by providing one single invoice at the end of the month, whilst saving money through our leveraged purchasing power.
The Result
“I spoke with Gary at Phoenix, as they were recommended to me. Gary looked at our ‘must have’ items and put together a core list, they the set up a stationery area on our new floor, each item had its own parts bin and was labelled (even the printed items that we don’t buy from them!). We agreed a maximum level for each item and the frequency of when their guys come and do the stock checking and ‘put aways’. The service is amazing, they tidy the area the day they are stock checking, the delivery guys are in early, they put everything away in the parts bins and take away any packaging. It’s seamless, and for anything outside of the ‘must haves’ we have an online webstore. The invoicing is set up to be emailed to us monthly. I couldn’t recommend Gary and his team at Phoenix highly enough, a brilliant service.”
