We were approached by an existing client to help get their offices up and running, as soon as possible, in accordance with latest Government Guidelines (11 May 2020) ensuring staff and visitors were able to maintain 2m social distancing wherever possible, whilst arriving at and departing from work.
Knowing we needed to move quickly, we arranged for the ordering and installation of vinyl directional stair graphics, social distancing floor graphics, wall posters, wall graphics, stair graphics and social distancing tape, as well as, retractable barriers and items of PPE to be placed in all areas, including entrances, exits, break rooms, washrooms and kitchen areas.
Prior to the Covid-19 outbreak we’ve worked with Phoenix to help with all our consolidated deliveries on a regular basis, giving us huge efficiency savings in our sourcing, purchasing and invoicing. Like everyone right now, we’ve been watching for regular updates as to when we could get our business up and running again, the moment we heard we could return to work we got in touch with Phoenix to help make our workplace a safe environment for our staff as this is a worrying and difficult time for everyone and knew we’d have peace of mind in getting what we needed as quickly as possible - thank you to all the Phoenix team for working tirelessly from home throughout.
