Staff Welfare and returning to work after Covid-19

Whilst we wait to hear more on when and how we can return to work after the Covid-19 Crisis and in accordance with the draft initial guidelines on how UK companies can re-open their workplaces and gradually exit lockdown, we at Phoenix Managed services have been sourcing everything we need to help you and your staff stay safe upon your return:


The guidance has stated workplaces should keep employees socially distanced at two metres apart from each other wherever possible.  With this in mind we’re able to provide social distancing and covid-19 signage, which can also be adapted to incorporate your own brand.  We are able to provide snap frame displays, sentry poster displays, wall graphics, roller banners (single and double sided) and tension fabric graphic frames with free standing partitions.   More info available via our online catalogue

Floor Graphics: Our floor graphics are vinyl with an anti slip rating and can also be customised, available in a 450mm diameter along with internal and external vinyl graphics sized 1500mm wide x 420mm.  Can also be sized to suit your requirements. 

Roller Banners: Grasshopper roller banners are available in sizes 800mm or 1000mm x 2105mm.  

Sentry Poster and Snap Frame Displays A4 and A3: available as freestanding or wall mounted with poster print insert, also customisable. 

Wall Graphics:  Available as standard sizes or customised to standard walls or brick and self adhesive vinyl or 3mm foamed – both have a wipe clean surface. 

Tension Fabric Graphic Frames:  Free standing partitions with graphic skins on both sides 2000mm x 1500mm high but again, these can be manufactured to suit your requirements.  The units come for easy self assembly, although can be installed for you. 

Stair Graphics: – Our double sided graphics are available as a 450mm disc or can be sized to suit. 

Wedge Base Banners:  Our wedge base banners are for external and internal use available in the following sizes : 600mm, 800mm 1200mm or 1500mm, taking a solid panel up to 1600mm high.

Custom Replacement Floor Tile Signage:  Existing carpet tiles can be replaced with a bespoke anti-slip, anti-scratch, self-adhesive 500mm sq 5m thick foamed sign and printed to your own, exact requirements featuring text / logos / colours etc

Social Distancing Tape: Available in 36 rolls per box. 

Covid-19 Signage / Hand Sanitise Signage: We also have in stock A3 and A4 self adhesive signage available in either vinyl or 5mm foam board. 

Hygiene Desk Screens: We’ve sourced reception screens, desk dividers, desk screens, floor standing screens, part acrylic partitions, retail screens and sneeze guards, all designed to keep distance and reduce risk and are fully customisable 


We are still waiting to hear more detail on what the Government are requesting in terms of masks and general PPE within the workplace.
